LV Petroleum is expanding and currently hiring for the Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Bojangles. The AGM leads day-to-day operations alongside the General Manager to ensure service quality, operational excellence, and team development.

The AGM recruits, trains, and develops staff, manages inventory and costs, and drives store performance while upholding brand standards. Availability for flexible hours, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership or shift management experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
• Basic knowledge of labor management and food cost control.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, including quality, speed, cleanliness, and staff performance.
• Coach team members to ensure high-quality guest experiences and uphold standards.
• Help recruit, train, and develop employees to build a strong team.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control efforts.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Manage shifts, opening/closing procedures, labor deployment, and customer concerns.
• Drive sales through excellent service and suggestive selling.
• Serve as acting General Manager when the GM is not present.
