Bojangles in Eden, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead the restaurant under the Georgia Foods / A&D Greensboro franchise. The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold standards, and foster a positive team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of leadership experience in food service, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

• Step into a leadership role in the GM’s absence, making sound operational decisions.
