This entry-level management role offers learning opportunities in judgment and discretion, with a path to grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in quick service or similar management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Passionate about helping people learn and grow the business.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Flexible and open work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.
• Ensure day-to-day supervision of non-management associates, assign work, coach shifts supervisors, and monitor operations.
• Must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; address issues in a timely fashion.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed; maximize brand standards and labor relations.
• Ensure restaurant always looks clean, inviting and adheres to brand standards.
• Ensure cash management is accurate and reports are delivered as per directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to sustain positive relationships.
• Ensure inventory data is correct by performing spot counts.
