You will help guide a team, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at locations throughout the Northeast and Midwest.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Basic food safety understanding.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of non-management associates, assign work, and coach shifts supervisors.
• Fill in for the general manager in their absence and ensure continuity of operations.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during challenging periods.
• Maintain brand standards and procedures and ensure brand/landlord/labor relationships are optimized.
• Manage cash handling processes and ensure daily reporting per company directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
• Perform spot inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
