Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.
• Supervise daily operations and coach shift supervisors.
• Step in for General Manager when needed.
• Motivate staff and sustain morale.
• Ensure brand standards and policies are followed.
• Maintain cash management accuracy and daily reporting.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build relationships.
• Perform inventories and checks to ensure data accuracy.
