Job summary

KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant in Buford, GA. You will lead a team, coach staff, schedule shifts, and focus on guest experience and restaurant performance.

This role includes oversight of daily operations, inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance, with development paths to General Manager. Eligible candidates bring at least 1 year of AGM experience and a willingness to work evenings.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with standing, walking, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
