Job summary

Fazoli's in Lima, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise, direct, and control assigned shifts by company policies, procedures, and standards. You will partner with the General Manager to support goals and drive successful operation, growth, and profitability through People, Sales, and Profit.

This role requires 18+ years, high school diploma or GED, and 1 year of Assistant Manager experience for external candidates (6 months internal).

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum Age: 18 years.
• External Candidates: 1 year minimum Assistant Manager experience; fast casual/quick service preferred.
• Internal Candidates: 6 months as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer on GM recommendation.
• All Candidates: complete Fazoli’s training and Serv Safe certification.
• Must be available a minimum of 30 hours per week; background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and controls assigned shifts by policy and standards.
• Supports the General Manager and contributes to growth and profitability.
• Builds community relationships and drives in-house and off-premises sales.
• Ensures safe, efficient restaurant operations and minimizes waste.
