Job summary

Scales is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our award-winning team, overseeing FOH operations and providing leadership during evening dining services. The AGM reports to the General Manager, combining administrative duties with floor management to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate excels under pressure, communicates effectively, and maintains high organization and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house operations under GM guidance.
• Greet, seat, and direct flow for guests in the dining room.
• Manage and support service staff to maintain standards.
• Perform daytime administrative duties (cashouts, POS/reservation updates).
• Support the GM in daily operations.
