Scales is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our award-winning team, overseeing FOH operations and providing leadership during evening dining services. The AGM reports to the General Manager, combining administrative duties with floor management to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Scales is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our highly acclaimed team. If you’re passionate about outstanding hospitality, great food, and continuous learning within a supportive and professional environment, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, the AGM assists in supervising all FOH operations. This is a full-time position with a mix of administrative responsibilities and floor management during evening services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by responding to guest feedback and resolving service issues as they arise
• Assist the host team in greeting, seating, and directing flow throughout the dining room
• Manage and support service staff, maintaining service standards
• Perform daytime administrative duties including:
• Cashing out FOH staff
• Updating POS and reservation systems
• Other administrative tasks as needed
• Supporting the GM in all aspects of daily operations
