Job summary

Catch Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager focused on operational excellence to elevate guest and employee experiences. This hands-on leader will coach teams, drive sales, manage scheduling, and ensure brand standards across daily operations in a premium dining setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior management in upscale or fine dining.
• Extensive fine dining and front-of-house experience (Forbes training a plus).
• Strong understanding of financial performance and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic.
• Graduate of an accredited hospitality or culinary program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold brand and service standards while driving sales growth and cost control.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences; resolve issues and convert challenges into loyalty.
• Lead and develop front-of-house teams through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Oversee shift execution, scheduling, floor plans, and daily operational decisions.
• Maintain cleanliness, uniform standards, and a polished restaurant environment.
• Support the General Manager with financial reporting, invoices, payroll, and administrative responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
