Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving lead measures (core sales mix, MultiCare, Core Plus).
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead team engagement and efficiency through coaching, mentorship, and clear direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls; manage inventory and cash handling.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; maintain a safe, clean, and presentable service center.
