Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and core sales performance.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service while creating a great guest experience.
• Lead and engage the team, mentoring through training programs.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Set direction and conduct daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
