Jiffy Lube International in Olathe, KS is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead a dynamic service center team. You will partner with the GM to drive revenue growth, coach staff, and ensure top-tier guest experiences daily.

You will develop teammates through training while maintaining quality controls, inventory, and safety standards, with opening/closing duties and strong operational oversight.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and improve financial objectives to boost sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct at all times.
• Enjoys a fast-paced, flexible high-performance retail environment.
• Guest First mindset; read and interpret safety and operating documents.
• Must stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and core sales metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control, inventory, and cash-handling processes are followed.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles, store meetings, and setting direction to achieve goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per standards.
• Assist guests with questions and needs, in-person or via phone.
