Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10+ years managing high-volume Food & Beverage operations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, food safety, and emergency procedures.
• Participate in interviewing and supporting team growth and development.
• Monitor service trends and guest satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
• Lead F&B operations to focus on service quality and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partner and influential leader who communicates with stakeholders to deliver a profitable guest experience.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to set operational goals from performance reviews.
