Soho House in Austin is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager, guiding service quality, staff operations, and guest experiences while upholding the Soho House ethos. Responsibilities

• Strategic business partner and influential leader who communicates with stakeholders and delivers an elevated, profitable guest experience.
• Collaborate with General Manager to set goals from weekly to quarterly performance reviews.
• Execute action plans on time and budget to optimize profit and guest experiences.
• Adhere to food safety policies and local regulatory compliance for staff and guests.
• Partner with Head Office functions to drive sales and staff retention across departments.
• Provide leadership to develop policies, procedures and systems that improve operations and guest satisfaction.
• Support annual marketing plans and cross-department partnerships within Membership and Food & Beverage.
