106 Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at our Bellingham service center. You will work closely with the GM to drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and team engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who can inspire diverse groups of people.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Able to analyze and recommend financial objectives to improve sales and service.
• Positive, professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and sales metrics.
