106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Lakewood, WA. This leadership role focuses on driving sales growth, delivering memorable guest experiences, and coaching a team in a fast-paced service center environment.

You will work closely with the GM to expand revenue, supervise operations, and maintain high service standards while developing teammates through our internal training program.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Solid business sense with understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to boost sales and service.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct.

• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Must stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving sales mix.
• Coach staff and deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead by example to engage and develop the team.
• Develop teammates through internal training and coaching.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Manage inventory and product orders.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Assist guests with questions in person/online/phone.
