Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Breckenridge Hills, MO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and grow revenue through effective leadership and daily coaching.

You will work directly with the General Manager, mentor technicians and customer service associates, oversee inventory and cash handling, ensure safety and cleanliness, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience in a fast-paced service center.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with retail industry knowledge.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to boost sales and service.
• Positive, professional conduct and appearance; energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Direct collaboration with the GM to drive revenue and guest experience.
• Lead and develop teammates through training and guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed consistently.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issues with DM support.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; manage inventory needs.
