Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Lenexa, KS is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy service center and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll partner with the General Manager to grow revenue, coach staff, and maintain daily operations.

This role includes budgeting support, inventory control, safety and quality processes, and leading daily huddles while mentoring automotive technicians and CSAs. A 1–3 year retail management background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who can inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and business sense.
• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives to improve sales.
• Positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct.
• Enthusiastic about a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.
• Guest-first mindset.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals.
• Stand/walk on hard surfaces for extended periods.
• Able to work in hot/cold, loud environments with fumes.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in collaboration with the GM and focus on guest count and core metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and safety protocols are followed.
• Handle inventory, cash processes, and guest issues; partner with DM on initiatives.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and lead daily huddles and store meetings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per GTE.
• Mentor technicians and CSAs and guide open/close duties when GM is off.
• Build an engaged workforce aligned with customer volume and business needs.
