Team Car Care in Gainesville, FL seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure high standards of service, inventory, and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

As AGM, you will focus on leading the team, implementing training programs, and partnering with the GM on budgeting and performance metrics to deliver consistent results and exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• 1–3 years of retail management experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proven leadership with the ability to motivate diverse groups
• Guest-first mindset and strong business sense

Responsabilidades

• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and financial performance
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals
• Coach and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards
