Job summary

Jiffy Lube International in Olivette, MO is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations and supervise teammates. You will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold safety, attendance, and uniform standards, and participate in store safety and policy meetings.

Key duties include guest service, inventory control, budgeting, building and POS maintenance, scheduling, performance management, and engaging in interviewing and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced retail or service environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P/L performance.
• Strong training, coaching, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Maintain inventory control and knowledge of cost of goods, order receiving.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and store profitability drivers.
• Maintain/building, equipment, and grounds; coordinate maintenance and safety.
• Supervise teammates, schedule, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Conduct interviews and hire teammates; monitor staffing for labor control.
• Lead staff orientation and safety/policy meetings; ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee cash controls and loss prevention cooperation; report incidents.
• Open/close the store and complete daily/weekly/monthly paperwork.
