Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge to review and analyze P&L statements.
• GAS3 selling experience for DIY and DIFM customers required.
• Proven ability to achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Experience managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze P&L statements.
• Provide GAS3 selling experience for DIY and DIFM customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle complaints promptly.
• Perform manager on duty duties (coaching, floor/phone mgmt, task assignment, safety, opening/closing).
• Oversee weekly scheduling processes.
