Job summary

Sgt. Clean is seeking a Retail Store Assistant General Manager to lead operations for our car wash and retail area. You will work closely with the General Manager to implement process improvements, mentor staff, and drive a culture of CARES. The role expects a 45‑hour work week with a focus on service and growth.

Compensation ranges from $49,500 to $59,500 annually, including hourly pay, overtime, profit sharing, and commissions, with 401(k) matching and comprehensive benefits per company policy.

• Total annual compensation $49,500 – $59,500 (includes hourly pay, overtime pay, profit sharing, commission)
