Sgt. Clean Car Wash in Westlake, OH is hiring a Retail Store Assistant General Manager to lead daily car wash operations and reinforce our CARES culture.

You will work with the General Manager to implement process improvements, train staff, and drive growth through data-driven benchmarking and servant leadership. The role is full-time with a 45-hour work week and a compensation package that includes base pay, overtime, and profit sharing.

The Retail Store Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading the charge of our company core values (C.A.R.E.S.) and strengthening the team around them.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Proactively manages the day to day operations of the car wash
• Works directly with the General Manager to make strategic recommendations on process improvements

Compensation Package:

• Total annual compensation $64,980 – $69,760 (includes hourly pay, overtime pay, profit sharing, commission)
