Job summary

Sgt. Clean in Ohio seeks a Retail Store Assistant General Manager to lead operations at our car wash location. You will partner with the General Manager to implement processes, coach staff, and uphold our CARES values.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day car wash operations, using data for benchmarking, training team members, and driving growth with servant leadership. Expect a 45-hour work week.

Compensation Package:

• Total annual compensation $64,980 – $69,760 (includes hourly pay, overtime pay, profit sharing, commission)
• 401(k) with 3% company match per company policy
