Sgt. Clean Car Wash in Wooster, OH is seeking a Retail Store Assistant General Manager to lead our C.A.R.E.S. values and strengthen the team around them, driving daily operations and guest experience.

You will collaborate with the General Manager on process improvements, use data to measure performance, train staff, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a full-time role with a 45-hour work week.

Compensation Package:

• Total annual compensation $49,500 – $59,500 (includes hourly pay, overtime pay, profit sharing, commission)
• 401(k) with 3% company match per company policy
• Paid time off (PTO) per company policy
