Assistant Manager

The Taco Bell Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. Responsibilities include ensuring Team Members and Shift Leaders complete their duties, managing inventory and financial accountability, and serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You will also ensure a safe environment for employees and customers. A positive attitude and good communication skills are essential. Job Requirements And Essential Functions

• High School Diploma or GED; College degree preferred
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer skills
• Preference for internal promotion from Shift Leader
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning grounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and stoop during 80% of shift
