The Henry is seeking an experienced restaurant manager in Wilmette, IL to lead daily operations in a high-volume setting. This full-time role requires a strong focus on guest satisfaction, financial acumen, and team leadership.

With compensation ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 plus a 15% bonus, you will oversee scheduling, ensure quality and cleanliness, and coach staff to deliver memorable dining experiences.
