Job summary

The Henry, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is expanding and hiring immediately for a restaurant manager in Carlsbad. You will lead high-volume dining operations, oversee scheduling, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience, understand financials, and coach a team to deliver exceptional experiences. Equal opportunity employer; eligibility to work in the United States required.

• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
