Position Overview:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring superior guest experiences, and supporting all departments to maintain high performance and service standards. The ideal candidate brings a hands‑on leadership style, excellent interpersonal skills, and brand‑aligned service knowledge.

Assist the General Manager in the daily management of hotel operations across all departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.).

Lead and mentor department managers and staff to drive performance, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.

Ensure brand standards and service protocols are consistently met or exceeded.

Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics, including occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and operating costs.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive occupancy and revenue through effective strategies and local partnerships.

Manage guest relations and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Qualifications:
