Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking an Operations Leader to guide hotel departments and elevate guest service at our property in Tallahassee. You will coach teams, drive quality and profitability, and model QA best practices daily.

Minimum one-year supervisory experience is preferred, with hospitality background and strong leadership skills. Join a family-owned hotel system known for growth and a strong service culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel taking the lead on providing exceptional guest service.
• Train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success in their roles.
• Deliver on key business metrics of quality, service, profitability, and team.
