Job summary

RPM Raceway in Stamford, CT is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in daily operations across front-of-house, events, and facility management.

You will lead and develop teams, ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and cleanliness, and drive revenue through strong operational execution and events support. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
