Job summary

RPM Raceway Chicago is hiring Facilities Maintenance & Cleaning Team Members to keep our venue clean, safe, and guest-ready. You will maintain cleanliness across attractions, dining areas, restrooms, and guest spaces, and assist with basic maintenance as needed.

We value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to support a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including attractions, dining areas, restrooms, and guest spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep tasks.
• Assist with basic facility maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and facility essentials.
• Help ensure a safe, organized, and professional environment for guests and team members.
• Respond quickly to spills, maintenance issues, and operational needs.
