Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking an Operations Leader for its St. Louis property. You will provide expert leadership across all hotel departments and drive exceptional guest service.

You will train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals and uphold quality and profitability standards. A bachelor’s degree and at least one year of supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Hotel experience preferred.
