Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a highly capable Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team in a high-volume setting. The role emphasizes hospitality, operations, and driving profitability while coaching staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee budgeting, inventory, safety compliance, and people development, while fostering brand presence in the local community and ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership with coaching and excellence focus.
• Knowledge of financial aspects of business operations including P&L responsibilities.
