Job summary

Shake Shack Milwaukee is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team and drive exceptional hospitality. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, budgeting, and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of GM experience in high-volume restaurants, strong P&L acumen, and a passion for coaching staff. The role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a respected hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations and champion hospitality.
• Demonstrated leadership to coach and achieve excellence; strong focus on team development.
• Experience handling P&L responsibilities and budget management.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours
