Job summary

Shake Shack in Leander, Texas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will own the P&L, scheduling, inventory, sanitation, and safety while driving sales and guest satisfaction through people development, coaching, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of operations, including purchasing, sanitation, and security.
• Ability to train and develop staff on Shack standards.
• Proven track record of achieving financial and guest-service goals.
• Flexible hours and dedication to hospitality.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team members
• Manage inventory, quality, and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours
