As an Assistant General Manager, you will ensure the success of our swim lessons by managing and motivating a successful team, coordinating and reviewing class schedules, and setting up the school for success at every lesson. You’ll guide new team members and families through their first days and support their progress in our program and in life. We are looking for a Frederick local who can help build a community with this new location.

Official Summary

Oversees the quality and success of daily operations including staffing, pool operations, cash management, customer service, retail and vending, private parties, and workplace activities.

Additional Information
  • All staff are lifeguard CPR & AED certified; management will obtain CPO certification
  • Oversee implementation of safety procedures and Emergency Action Plan
  • Availability includes some weekday evenings until 8:30 pm and at least one weekend day
  • Must be enthusiastic leaders focused on employee engagement and customer experience
