Job summary

Culver's is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Wisconsin to partner with the General Manager in driving daily restaurant operations and team development. This hands-on leadership role includes leading shifts, coaching staff, and delivering excellent guest experiences.

You'll influence food safety, quality, and operational standards while helping monitor financial results, inventory, and cost controls. A strong, positive leadership style and commitment to excellence are essential.
