Job summary

Merch Foods Group, a Culver's franchising group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support a fast-paced Wisconsin-based Culver's location.

You will supervise shifts, coach a team, uphold food-safety standards, assist with hiring and training, and drive sales while ensuring profitability. A positive, can-do attitude and reliable scheduling are essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Leading Shifts: Running shifts effectively to ensure great food and excellent guest service.
• Developing the Team: Acting as a coach and mentor, supporting a high-performing team through positive role modeling.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• A reliable professional who shows up on time, ready for their shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1-2 years of restaurant experience is preferred; management experience is a plus.
• ServSafe Certified is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
