Culver's in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and create outstanding guest experiences. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, training, and financial performance in a fast-paced, family-owned setting.

Lead a diverse staff, build a positive culture, ensure food safety and quality, and manage budgets, inventories, and costs while growing your leadership career within Culver's.

• Proven leadership ability with 3+ years of management experience (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred)
