Job summary

Culver’s is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in a locally owned Culver’s location in Iowa. You will lead the management team, supervise shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and coach Crew Members to grow their skills.

You’ll be responsible for operational and financial success, scheduling, food safety, and upholding Culver’s standards. Starting salary is $55,000 per year, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with 4% match, PTO, and bonus potential.

Experience:

• Scheduling, food ordering, and onboarding
