Job summary

Bar Louie is seeking an Assistant General Manager to ensure the successful operation of our restaurant. You will oversee all front-of-house operations and maintain exceptional guest experiences, working closely with the General Manager.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends. Bar Louie offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• POS systems proficiency.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Formal culinary training is preferred.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful operation of our restaurant. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front-of-house operations. Your main objective will be to maintain exceptional guest experiences, uphold high service standards, and drive overall profitability.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
