Bar Louie is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, driving guest satisfaction and sales growth while maintaining brand standards and safety compliance.

You will oversee the team, manage profitability, and uphold maintenance standards to deliver memorable experiences for guests and communities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
