Job summary

Taziki's Café in Tennessee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager. You will supervise staff, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment with strong service standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and cost control while you participate in hiring, training, and ongoing development for a fast-casual team. Commitment to quality food and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• A people leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience reviewing P&L statements (preferred).
• Tech-friendly (Google Suite experience a plus).
• A passion for real food and making a real impact.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to get a Food Manager's certification after hire.

Responsibilities

• Help lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager.

• Work kitchen and service stations as needed.
