Sales Director will oversee the implementation of sales strategy while delivering an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand's prestige. This role oversees sales performance, develops and mentors high-performing teams, builds lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, and drives revenue growth. The Sales Director also collaborates with marketing, merchandising, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business objectives, maintains the highest standards of customer service, and leverages market trends to identify new opportunities for growth while preserving the brand's reputation for excellence.

Job Duty & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth, profit and operational excellence through execution of store initiatives and corporate objectives.
• Analyze current sales performance and key metrics to identify opportunities within store and market.
• Define and design actionable strategies for short-term and long-term sales vision.
• Provide positive leadership on the floor, productive coaching, while providing feedback and consistent engagement in team & individual performance.
• Ability to evaluate & create training for high-net-worth talent development. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate ability to build recruitment, onboarding, and retainment strategies.
• Articulate and monitor exceptional luxury standards in sales presentations and overall sales floor interactions.
• Ensure concierge team provides a world class introduction and experience to each guest.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create successful brand activations & off-site events.
• Ensure consistent evaluation of store’s profit & loss statements with ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data for peak performance.
• Communicate with vendor community in a proactive manner that matches brand expectations.
• Actively participate and monitor disciplined usage of Client Relationship Management (CRM) technology to ensure long term relationships.
• Be a brand advocate within community and actively seek partnerships that match our voice.
• Manage inventory and ensure loss prevention procedures are always followed.
• Ability to recognize and provide discreet world-class experiences for the most discerning clients.
• Ensure compliance with all Tiny Jewel Box policies & procedures.

About You:

10+ years in a senior retail role or multi-unit management position. Preferred experience in a luxury brand or within high volume-highly branded jewelry company.

Strong organizational, time management and client focus skills are a must.

Self-motivated leader with outward personality.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to understand and articulate basic P&L opportunities on the sales floor.

Must be a people first professional. Ability to lead and develop highly interactive & effective teams.

Excels in multi-tasking daily

Prior experience in managing day-to-day usage of CRM software.

Strong aptitude & utilization of technology including Microsoft Programs, POS Software, Salesforce, etc.

Must have prior sales experience with luxury watch brands. Preferably 5+ years of experience.

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Strong verbal communication and ability to collaborate effectively. Multiple written & verbal language skills preferred but not required.
