Sales Director will oversee the implementation of sales strategy while delivering an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand's prestige. This role oversees sales performance, develops and mentors high-performing teams, builds lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, and drives revenue growth. The Sales Director also collaborates with marketing, merchandising, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business objectives, maintains the highest standards of customer service, and leverages market trends to identify new opportunities for growth while preserving the brand's reputation for excellence.
10+ years in a senior retail role or multi-unit management position. Preferred experience in a luxury brand or within high volume-highly branded jewelry company.
Strong organizational, time management and client focus skills are a must.
Self-motivated leader with outward personality.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to understand and articulate basic P&L opportunities on the sales floor.
Must be a people first professional. Ability to lead and develop highly interactive & effective teams.
Excels in multi-tasking daily
Prior experience in managing day-to-day usage of CRM software.
Strong aptitude & utilization of technology including Microsoft Programs, POS Software, Salesforce, etc.
Must have prior sales experience with luxury watch brands. Preferably 5+ years of experience.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong verbal communication and ability to collaborate effectively. Multiple written & verbal language skills preferred but not required.
