Bailey's Fine Jewelry, a family-owned luxury retailer, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead sales and coach a high-performing team. You will deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold our reputation for quality.

In this role you’ll oversee daily operations, mentoring staff and driving results while maintaining the store's luxury standards. Weekend and peak-season flexibility is required to support growth and client service.
