Job summary

Early Bird Brunch in Omaha is seeking a hands-on restaurant leader to oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

As General Manager, you will manage schedule, quality, safety, inventory, and cost controls while upholding our brand standards. Competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits offered.

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader who loves great food, great people, and creating an amazing guest experience.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience + quarterly bonus opportunities

Schedule:

Wednesday–Sunday, approximately 6:00 AM through close

Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.

6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead, support, and develop team members
• Ensure consistent, high-quality food, beverage, and guest service
• Train and supervise front- and back-of-house team members
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism
• Help maintain company standards, policies, and food safety procedures
• Work alongside the General Manager to identify opportunities to improve operations and grow the business
• Be willing to jump in wherever needed — we’re a team!
