Job summary

A fitness center in Kailua is seeking a dedicated individual to assist members with personal training. Responsibilities include encouraging member involvement, managing client programs, and achieving revenue objectives. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with CPR/AED certification. Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possesses a strong customer service focus.
• Must be computer proficient, with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience.
• Current CPR/AED certification
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and encourage their involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs and measurements.
• Sell training sessions and conduct guest tours.
• Review daily club sales performance and individual employee statistics.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue objectives set forth by the Company with regard to fitness and Supplements.
• Reviews daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics.
• Performs various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed.
• Alerts the Operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs in the club. Personally conducts facility walk through daily.
• Supervises coach sales activities. Reviews agreements and prepares daily paperwork.
