Buffalo Wild Wings in Irving, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is performing at its best and driving guest engagement and satisfaction.

You will focus on training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team while upholding safety, sanitation, and labor compliance standards.

Qualificações

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety practices.
• Experience in training and developing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants.
• Support the General Manager to keep the restaurant at peak performance.

YOU GOT THIS

Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
